A Chart That Talks to Your Supply Chain

Intake, consents, charting and protocol documentation in one place — connected to the prescribing and purchasing your clinic already runs on, so the record and the order stop living in separate systems.

What It Is

Why Clinics Outgrow a Generic EHR

Aesthetic and wellness practices document differently. Treatment maps, injection records, consents per service, clearance screenings, protocol versions and lot numbers all matter — and a general-purpose EHR usually captures none of them without a workaround your staff invents.

We either implement a platform built for this work or connect the one you have, then wire it to the parts MedGrid already handles: the protocol your director signed, the clearance from the exam, the script, and the product that shipped. One thread instead of four.

What the Implementation Covers

Platform Selection

We shortlist against what you actually treat and your state documentation requirements, then implement — rather than selling you a seat license.

Forms and Consents

Intake, medical history and per-service consents built from your protocol pack, sent to patients before they arrive.

Staff Roles and Training

Permissions by role, competency sign-off on file, and training so the system survives your next hire.

The Workflow

Four Steps From Audit to Live

Step 01

Audit What You Have

Where documentation lives today, what your state requires, and which gaps would surface in a board inquiry.

Step 02

Select or Connect

Implement a platform suited to your services, or connect the one you already pay for.

Step 03

Load Protocols and Forms

Protocol packs, consents, intake and chart-review cadence configured against your service menu.

Step 04

Train and Go Live

Staff trained by role, records migrated where practical, and the workflow watched through the first weeks.

Beyond EMR / EHR

One Platform. Every Workflow.

Scripts in the Chart

Prescriptions written in MedGrid land against the patient record instead of in a separate inbox.

Connected

Product to Patient

What you ordered, what was administered and to whom — traceable when a lot or a formulation is questioned.

Traceable

Yours to Keep

Your records and your configuration are yours. If you leave, the chart and the protocol files leave with you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Still not sure? Twenty minutes on the phone answers what a page can't.

Do We Have to Switch Systems?

No. If your current platform can carry this work, we connect it. We only recommend a change when the gap is structural rather than a preference.

Is MedGrid Itself an EHR?

No. MedGrid holds the prescribing and purchasing record and integrates with your chart. This service is about making those two speak to each other.

Who Owns the Records?

You do. Your patient records, protocols and configuration are yours and portable if the relationship ends.

How Long Does Implementation Take?

Typically two to six weeks depending on whether we are connecting an existing platform or standing one up, and how much migration is involved.

Other Solutions

General information about how these workflows are structured, not legal advice. Requirements vary by state; your medical director and counsel confirm the specifics for your clinic.
