Find a Medical Director in Your State
What a clinic has to build depends on one thing first: whether your state enforces the corporate practice of medicine (CPOM). In strict CPOM states, a non-physician cannot own the entity that delivers treatment — the practice is a physician-owned PC and an MSO handles everything else. In the rest, ownership is freer but a licensed medical director is still required. We onboard clinics in all 50 states; pick yours to see which structure applies.

MSO-PC Structure Required
A physician-owned professional corporation delivers the medicine; your company provides everything else under a management services agreement. Built properly, it is invisible — built casually, it is the exposure that closes clinics.
Direction Required, Ownership Reviewed
Ownership rules are lighter but supervision, delegation and advertising are actively enforced. We structure the agreement and protocols to what the board here actually looks for.
You Can Own It — You Still Need a Director
No corporate-practice bar to ownership, but treatment still runs under a licensed physician with standing orders, protocols and chart review. Most clinics here are under-documented, not over-structured.
Available to onboard in all 50 states. Classification below is directional — enforcement shifts, and your director and counsel confirm the structure before you treat.
