How Long Does Verification Take?
The NPI is checked at signup, so wholesale pricing is usually open right away. If the registry cannot be reached, a person reviews the account manually.
I Don't Have a Personal DEA. Can I Join?
Yes, through the MedGridMD track with your NPI and legal business name. DEA-restricted categories stay hidden; everything else is the same.
Can My Staff Order for Me?
Yes. Team sub-accounts sit under your parent account with your controls.
Can I Get a Better Price?

Is There a Minimum Order?
There is no platform minimum. Individual vendors may set carton or cold-chain minimums, shown on each listing.
