Draft — not yet cleared for use. This wording was written for MedGrid but has not been reviewed by counsel or the medical director. Do not use it to obtain patient consent until it has been signed off. The page is noindex meanwhile.

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

This Content Policy governs anything you submit, list, or publish through MedGrid — a vendor's product listing on the marketplace catalog, a clinic's marketing content that MedGrid reviews or helps produce, or anything else you post where it will be seen by other users or patients (collectively, "Content"). It applies in addition to, not instead of, our Terms & Conditions of Use.

1. Your Responsibility for Your Content

You are responsible for the Content you submit, including its accuracy, its compliance with applicable law, and any claims it makes. MedGrid may review Content before or after it is published, but that review does not make MedGrid responsible for it, and does not substitute for your own obligation to get it right.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not submit, list, or publish Content that:

  • Makes a medical or efficacy claim you cannot substantiate, or that guarantees a specific outcome from a treatment or product.
  • Misrepresents a product's regulatory status — for example, describing a compounded, research-use-only, or investigational product as FDA-approved, or omitting that a product is compounded rather than a commercially available drug.
  • Uses "before and after" imagery without the disclosures your state's medical advertising rules require, or imagery that is misleading about typical results.
  • Includes a testimonial that is not genuine, or that does not disclose compensation or a material connection where required by FTC guidance or state law.
  • Advertises a controlled substance, a prescription product, or a compounded drug in a way that solicits demand ahead of an actual clinical evaluation, or that is otherwise prohibited by your state's advertising or pharmacy rules.
  • Infringes another party's intellectual property, discloses another person's protected health information without authorization, or violates any other person's legal rights.
  • Is deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful under federal or state law.

3. Vendor Listings Specifically

A marketplace listing must accurately describe the product, its actual sourcing (including whether it is compounded under Section 503A or 503B, or manufactured under an approved application), and any credential or licensing requirement a buyer needs to lawfully purchase it. A listing may not present a research-use-only or non-clinical-grade product as suitable for patient administration — that determination belongs to the prescriber, working from an accurate listing, not to marketing copy that gets there first.

4. Enforcement

We may remove or decline to publish Content that violates this policy, request substantiation for a claim before it goes live, and suspend or terminate an account for repeated or serious violations. Where Content raises a genuine safety or legal concern, we may also refer it to the relevant state board or regulator. None of this limits any other right or remedy available to us under our other agreements with you.

5. Reporting a Concern

If you believe Content on MedGrid violates this policy, infringes your intellectual property, or is otherwise unlawful, contact us using the information in Section 7 with enough detail — the specific listing or page, and what about it concerns you — for us to look into it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date. Content already published may need to be brought into compliance with a material update; we will tell you if that applies to you.
